ROSALIND (ROSA) KUDOADZI

Managing Partner

Rosa has substantial experience in corporate and commercial law. For over 25 years, she has structured, negotiated and advised a wide range of clients, multinational corporations, financial institutions and individuals on key corporate and international business transactions spanning a broad range of sectors. Rosa’s representative transactions include: corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions; international financial transactions; investments and joint venture transactions.

She has served on several boards including as the former vice board chairperson of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. Rosa is also an arbitrator and a mediator. Highlights of her arbitration experience include successfully resolving an investment dispute among a consortium of 5 companies in Ghana.
